The applications GRAWE Tarife BL, GRAWE Tarife Sarajevo and Wiener Tarife BiH access certain phone information, such as the IMEI number. The collection of the IMEI number is done solely to prevent unauthorized copying and distribution of the application. This application is used exclusively for the internal purposes of the insurance company, serving as a support tool in sales and utilized by insurance intermediaries. The IMEI number is used only to assign a unique code to each intermediary for using the application. Given the high turnover of intermediaries in the insurance sector, where many intermediaries work for a short period at one insurance company before moving to competitors, the code, which is pre-assigned for each phone, can be easily deactivated at the request of the insurance company. This protects the company's business policy and prevents unauthorized individuals or those who have left the company from using the application. Each intermediary who wishes to work for the insurance company provides the IMEI number of their phone in advance, which is used to generate a unique code for using the application. The code is provided to the intermediary prior to the installation of the application, and the application verifies upon first launch whether the assigned code matches the phone's IMEI number. This ensures protection for the intermediary against potential misuse of their unique code. Each code can only be used by one intermediary. There is no other reason for accessing IMEI beyond what is stated. The IMEI numbers of intermediaries who no longer work for the company are deleted from the pre-created database, so IMEI number is not shared from within the appliation.

The application also accesses certain temporary folders on the device where generated PDF documents are stored. These documents are offers that intermediaries send to their clients. The application accesses folders where these offers are temporarily stored. The application contains information of insurance branches, which includes phone numbers and email addresses of the branches, and the application accesses and activates services for sending emails or making phone calls.

All data entered through the use of the application (personal information, PDF documents, etc.) is used exclusively for the internal purposes of the insurance company and is not shared with any third parties under any circumstances, except as explicitly required by legal obligations.
